Michael Jackson dies at 50
Michael Jackson has died after suffering what is believed to have been a heart attack in Los
Angeles.
The singer, who gave the world the best break dance and the highest sales record in humans
history, was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at a hospital in Los Angeles.
He died on 25 June at a hospital in Los Angeles in the U.S., closing the chapter on
story about a man who became internationally known as a child, charmed the world with their dance moves and beat
songs and left the stage with the myths and riddles in his tracks.
The Los Angeles Times reported on its website yesterday that the “pop star Michael Jackson has
pronounced dead by doctors in the morning after their arrival at the hospital in a coma, the city and
law enforcement sources told Times. ”
The entertainment website TMZ broke the news that shocked the world, will one months
expected return tour.
Earlier, the Los Angeles Times said the singer had been transported to a hospital in Los Angeles
Fire Department paramedics found him not breathing when they arrived at the home of the singer.
According to the newspaper, paramedics in CPR is performed on site before
him to the hospital, UCLA Medical Center.
Jackson had to start a series of concerts in London July 13, until mid-March 2010.
The singer had been rehearsing in Los Angeles for the past two months.
The show of 50 London concerts sold out in just a few minutes to go on sale in March.
His lifetime record sales is estimated at 750 million, added to the 13
Grammy Awards, he received made him one of the most successful artists of all time.
He lived as a virtual recluse since he was acquitted in 2005 after accusations of pedophilia.
There were concerns about Jackson ’s health in recent years but the promoters of London
shows, AEG Live, said in March that Jackson had spent four and a physical examination for half an hour
with independent physicians.
