GAP INC. SIGNS NEW LICENSING AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP presence of contingency THAILAND
SAN FRANCISCO – 8 July 2009 – a commitment to strengthen its international
presence, Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) today announced an agreement with Armin Systems Limited to
Gap stores in Thailand. Under the agreement with Armin, the first Gap store in Thailand
scheduled to open in spring 2010 and offers clothes for adults, children and infants.
